Shipping and delivery

All VNDX Amsterdam shipments are delivered via GLS or PostNL services. Deliveries will be made to the delivery address, or to the nearest parcel point. Both couriers deliver on working days, Monday to Friday, and usually within 24 hours in the Netherlands. It is important to note that delivery times are not fixed and are not guaranteed, as the parcels are transported by road, which may lead to possible delays, such as traffic jams.

In most cases, you can expect to receive your watch on your wrist the day after you order. If you order on a working day before 5:00 PM, your watch will usually be shipped the same day, with the expectation that you will receive your order the next day.

If you place an order on Friday after 17:00, or during the weekend, your package will be shipped on the following Monday, because no packages can be offered to the logistics partners during the weekend. This means that your package will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday after your order.
