Do you have any regrets or are you not satisfied? You may return your purchase to us within 14 days if it meets the return conditions.

Follow these steps to return your item:

Register a return

Always mention your account and order number when contacting us, so that we can find your order more quickly.

Send return

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Make sure that your mail item has sufficient postage and include the original invoice stating your reason for return. This allows us to process your return faster, although this is not an obligation.

Money Back

After we have received the package in good condition, we will transfer the purchase amount within 2 working days to the account number you provided with your order.

Return conditions

The following conditions apply to the return of your VNDX watch.

The shipping costs are at your own expense.
The watch must, if possible, be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
VNDX is not responsible for packages that do not arrive, we therefore recommend that you return the watch by registered mail.
We do not accept packages sent to VNDX cash on delivery or prepaid.
After the withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of purchase, it is no longer possible to return watches.
